The technological revolution has significantly changed how people live, work, and interact with one another. This study looked at how Nigerian libraries may supply information services using the fourth industrial revolution (4IR). The notion of industrial revolution technologies was also covered in the study, and the first, second, and third phases of industrial revolution technologies were explained. The study covered the provision of information and services related to libraries, as well as some 4IR technologies related to service delivery and their applicability in libraries, including artificial intelligence, 3-D printing, robotics, and the internet of things. The significance of such technologies for the provision of services in university libraries was emphasized. There were several recommendations made to ensure that libraries in Nigeria survive the technologies of the fourth industrial revolution. Libraries must adopt a holistic structure to thrive in the age of the fourth industrial revolution's technology. This new type of governance encourages staff participation in decision-making and encourages them to be more creative. The next step is for more research and a conclusion has been suggested that All facets of life, including libraries and their tasks, benefit from the fourth industrial revolution. Libraries and librarians must embrace and instill all the expertise required to work with the 4IRT if they want to improve the delivery of information services. For the sake of their patrons, libraries must have a healthy financial budget to invest in technology infrastructure that will enhance both their internal and external services. For the best outcome, librarians and users must receive training on the usage of some 4IR technologies, like robotics, artificial intelligence, and 3-D printing, among others.
